About LEAD LEAD is an innovative leadership programme designed specifically around the needs of SME owner-managers who want to gain confidence and improve their Leadership skills. It is aimed at small companies with up to 20 employees which are based in the North West. Since its inception in 2004 over 150 business owners-manager have benefited from this ten month leadership programme.
